1) If I upload say 100 MB to cloud can i download it on another computer(not on phone)

2) Is it necessary to upload to cloud from phone ?

3) can I use a computer tethered to phone to upload to the cloud ?

you can upload to box from a computer or your phone, and you can download them from a phone or computer, any computer
