Not able to update the latest Android version

Everytime when i try to update the latest android software i get the message" online server is currently overloade.pls try after sometime". Why is this message appearing .Should i need to adjust any phone or pccompanion settings?

I suggest that you try using the Update Service to resolve this issue.
