Can't update today's software

My phone said it has updates, I started the PC companion and started an update, but wilr "preparing" i had an error like "i cannot install updates".

PS: Trying it on Win 8, updating from 6.0.b.1.564 to 6.0.b.3.184

Hi,

Gave me same error in win7 , i restart my computer and it works fine on pc comanion. so far none problem found while talking.

But, I dont know what this update about? what kind of fix? i just bought a week ago sony xperia p.

Can anyone tell about what bugs fix in this update?
