when i turn on my phone ( sony ericsson ELM ) the phone is strucked and the startup screen also not coming . the screen is fully white . nothing happens can't off the phone by the button even ...that's all ..........please help me soon.........................

have you tried to flash your frimware using wotan server or far manager?

the problem come's suddently i didnt do anything to phone ....... .... will it be ok after flash the frimwere .......?.... can u tell me a way to flash the frimwere ...?

the phone is not recognizing by the computer ... the deivice cant pair with the computer ... so how can i update the phone by using the computer

Have you tried taking the battery out, leaving it for a while and then replacing it.If this results in your phone staying switched off, then connect it to your PC while it's switched off and run the update service on it: the instructions will appear on your PC, but what you need to do first is connect the USB cable to the phone while pressing down on the phone's C button until the update service application recognises your phone. I hope this helps.

if you already tried PCC and SUS the only option is to take it to a sony repair center

try to run it on admin.

disable your antivirus/firewall

try using other usb ports

well if you are on warranty period then take your handset to service center of if you are out of warranty then
1. Flash your frimware using wotan server, it cost around 1.99euro
2. flash it via omnius server (you'll find the tutorials of both on google.com)
