Problem with downloading apps from Google Play

Hey,

I have a problem with downloading apps from Google Play. If I want to download or only update application

and I click to "download and install' it starts to downloading but loading bar doesn't move and I don't know

what to do. I reset phone settings but it doesn't solve my problem.

What should I do pls?

i have experienced that problem, i repaired my phone with SUS or PCC.

I downloaded Update Service, but it wrote that I have the newest software...

With the update service you will have the ability to perform a repair. Simply follow through the process again and select the option to reinstall the software.

Where I found the option 'Reinstall'?

I'm doing following steps and I can't see it.

1. I start Update Service

2. Screen of 'Before you start' and there are 4 steps which I do and I click Start

3. I choose my phone - Xperia P and click Next

4. 3 steps - a) turn off the phone...

b) connect the micro-usb...

c) Press and hold the volume down key on phone while plugging the USB into your phone

After this I see 'Checking Mobile phone' and then there is screen with 'No new software available for your phone' and I see only Finish button.
