but there my phone seems to be updated.

Have the same problem in Lithuania (phone was purchased in UK). Nothing helps, tried with several computers, diffrent OS'es, diffrent ISP's. Tried everything with firewalls and antiviruses. Beginning to regret for not taking the cheaper Galaxy S2...

Yes, I have tried that also. I just did a fresh Update Service install on the other PC, but no success- exactly the same errors on the other computer.

I have it worse than you. My PC Companion says i have a update available, woohoo, then, when update is being downloaded, phone shuts down, and SONY says that my phone is up to date.

Same issue in Hong Kong. This Xperia experience is a total commercial failure.

Mine failed too! I was expecting it to fail anyway. Thanks sony for bringing the hype and not the update. Last sony phone ever. I'm never going to fall for this trap by sony again.

I AGREE!!!! If i dont fix this before the 12th of next month than I will return my phone under the 14 days exchange period and buy a Galaxy S3.

first it was no update

second my si number is not in the list

third my si number is in the list, but pcc is telling me phone is up to date !!!!!!!!!

fourth my pcc finally showing update to ics is available

fifth error in update process

sixth what else sony ????
