Problem with micro-usb

I bought my x10 mini pro with ime number 01263100-409853-7 at the end of December. In late May, after only 5 mounth, I had problems with the phone did not want to start charging. One morning, when it was about to be charged during the night, it was totally dead. The phone is bought from CDON in Sweden. Is the phone made by you and are you aware that there are problems with the USB port?

I think you phone needs to be examined at an repair center to determine the cause of the problem and how to fix it. I suggest that you call your local support team, phone: 013 24 45 00 for more info. Or contact your retailer to have the phone sent for repair.

I have been in contact with the seller and they claim that the error caused by "extraneous circumstances". I know that I did not do more than connect it to charge. My previous phone was a xperia X1 that I've used since 2007, also with Micro USB, without any problems. Although I managed the "new" exactly the same problem occurs after only 5 months. It is also easy to find on the net amount of people who have the same or similar prolem. I wonder therefore if this has been manufactured according to your specifications and your quality-assured manufacturers. Something has obviously gone wrong but what? It is simply unreasonable to me, without being aware of it, would have exposed the phone for a "extraneous circumstances" giving rise to this.
