preparing memory card, checking for errors

somebody please help me with this issue.

Since yesterday im facing this problem.

My SD card is not corrupted, i checked it in other mobile, it was able to read all the contents of the card.

And when i tried to read other memory card, its not reading.

So i concluded that the problem is with my phone's memory card reader.

Any solutions\suggestions please...as my phone's warranty is expired., i need to solve this issue somehow.

Its a 2GB card.

Hi, suggest you try software repair. If this does not help, I guess it would only left you with the option to repair phone (possibly hardware issue).

Here's the download link for Update Service, http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/. Download and install to PC/Laptop, launch it and follow on-screen instructions. Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely.
