Bluetooth issue

Hello,

I have a Xperia Neo V which was purchased recently. I have updated 4.0 (ICS) during last month and it was working well. During last week I have done the updated which was done through PC companion software. Prior to the new update, I could able to connect my Neo V phone with Blue & me car kit. Now, it is not getting paired. I would need your support to rectify the issue.

What is the actually issue? Do you make the car search for the phone and it doesn't find it, or maybe the opposite.

Make sure the phone is in "Discoverable" mode, as the car won't find the phone if its not on.

The car may have the same mode, so check that out.

Hi,

I have a Sony Ericosson Xperia - MT11i smartphone and my car is Fiat Linea which has got a Blue&Me bluetooth device. While purchasing the mobile, the handset had the OS version of 2.3.4. Subsequently, there was a message to upgrade to 4.0 which was done in my mobile by using PC companion. Till then I could able connect my mobile with my car. Both device have the discoverable/search mode. Tried several and filed pairing each other.

During last week, I have upgraded my mobile with new build number 4.1.B.0.431. After upgrading to new OS patch/application, my handset is not pairing with my car bluetooth device. It is getting timed out and there is no option to enter the PIN/Pass code. I have tried downloading the software through PC companion several occasions and could not able to achieve it. Finally, I am forced to downgrade my mobile OS to 2.3.4 through your service provider in Chennai. Now, the mobile phone is connecting with Blue&me system and I could able to use the bluetooth effectively.

Hope you could able to understand the issue and I would request you to check the new OS patch/application - 4.1.B.0.431 and fix the above said problem.

I have exactly the same problem. I have Punto Evo with newest Blue&Me software (ver 5.6). Is there any solution?

I also had problem with bluetooth for my car...no problem with pairing but sometimes its paired but no sound coming out ex: walkman,gps apps..
Experia Z c6603 4.3
Ford fiesta 2013..
P/s : I had no problems before 4.3 update..

I have Z1 Compact 4.4.2 (updated to the latest version)

I cannot pair my phone to may car handsfree system (Nokia Ck-1W)

I know, this handsfree kit is not the newest, but my children's Samsung Ace device , my wife's iPhone 4S and my old Xperia Neo devices are working with it.

I thought I have a great phone device, but I cannot use it in my car . therefore I very dissatisfaction with it.
