      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Absolutely correct, otherwise it wudn't connect at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue is call/network instability in 3G mode &amp;amp; not that it doesn't connects&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
