Since yesterday when i update track id i can no longer use it, it crashes when loading and rebooting won't help at all. and i don't want to end up with no more updates :s

did you unlocked the bootloader?

do you have any apps that might be acting up like taskillers, antivirus, battery apps, ram apps? if you do uninstall them, you don't need them.

also did you blocked this app from using data?

settings > data usage > track ID > restrict background data

Nothing works installing the stock version does work and no it is not phone is not unlocked i'm using wifi you start the app and it crashes instanly when loading

This device was never unlocked

can you take screenshots, but have you unlocked the bootloader at all? not that it's unlocked right now, but have you unlocked it at all?

what is that screenshot that you posted? it seems that you have an antivirus

can you answer this: Have you ever unlocked your bootloader at all? (not that it is now but have you)?

Settings > applications > manage applications > all > track ID > clear updates and cache

Error report of crash witch is once i open the app

Device never ever has been unlocke

you can repair your software, do not install any app and uninstall mcafee, see if that solves the issue

you don't have to unlock your bootloader to root your phone.

1st create a backup of your current firmware

2nd follow the steps on how to root

I have the same problem on my Xperia P and ion. Since the last update TrackID will force close upon opening. I have not rooted or unlocked either of these phones. I have uninstalled the updates on both and reinstalled and still get FC. Should be getting my Xperia S back on Friday (damn yellow tint) and will test on that phone as well.

Since the update of TrackID yesterday, it works fine again.
