      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i go to slide my phone the screen goes off and also it freezes at times and i have to take battery out its annoying the heck out of me i have all my things up to date as i keep checking any ideas what else i can do oh and i done a hard re set just to be on safe side and it still does it annoyed dot com aint the word &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also had this issue. I found it to be a hardware issue. When you slide the gamepad out, is hard/sticky to pull out? If so, it may be the cable that links the GPU/CPU to the screen. There are two options to repair this: Repair it yourself (Parts and a Guide can be found on google) or, if you are still under warranty, take it into your carrier and tell them what is going on. A hard reset won't help seeing as the issue is in the hardware. If you are not under warranty, sorry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
