Hi,

Out of the blue my phone is not connetcting to my office wifi. It keeps showing that the network is out of range even when my ipod and all of my colleagues are able to get a clear and strong connection. Please advice. I had updated my phone to ICS a few days back. Could it be because of this?

Lea.

I'm sorry to hear that Lea. Have you tried connecting to any other Wi-Fi routers? Do they connect okay?

-

What do you think about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey

This would indicate that the Wi-Fi on the handset is working correctly. Do you know what type of security is used on the Wi-Fi router at your office?

-

What do you think about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey

Well mine's kinda sorted.. Keeping my fingers crossed though.. What I did was, I switched on and then switched on the router.. once that was done I was able to get the connection back.. Im not too happy with the ICS though.. All of a sudden the phone's gotten really slow.. My contacts and stuff take time to open.. That wasnt the case before.. Wished they'd have an option to switch back to the previous OS.. You can try switching off and then on your router.. Hope it works..
