sound and vibrate problem

I need help for my ARC,

after update tp ICS I can't turn off dial pad touch tones, touch sound screen lock and vibrate on touch

I have already uncheck the boxs on the sound system setting but it's still sound and vibrate.

are you using a third party Dialer? go to settings -> sound and take a screenshot

I dont use thrid party dialer,

I had try to go to setting -> sound and take a screenshot but it doesn't working, and still sound and vibrate

to take a screenshot you have to use the power button and volume

yes, i know how to take screenshot,because i ever ask it. but it still can't turn off dial pad touch tone, touch sound screen and vibrate on touch.

I have to flash my phone back to ICS but I remember there were few things that you couldn't turn off

this doesn't slow down your phone if anything drain a bit more battery not a lot

touch and vibrate sounds can't be disabled? i tried all to disable this so why this options for disable sounds and vibrate are there?

hey try this, it,s work on my Arc 4.0

after upgrade to Android 4.0 I can't turn off sound and vibrate. So I try this step :

open setting => backup & reset =>chose setting reset (not Factory data reset)

after I reset my Arc to its original setting whitout erasing user data, vibrate sound can be disable.

I already did the Settings reset , but the problem is still there

it's so annoying and will make me to change my cellphone if it continues...

I'll be thankfull if u know any other way
