I just installed it with Flashtool (thanks to Uli's great walkthrough) and ICS works great as far as I can see.</P><P>Media Gallery is outstanding. Everything is just a little bit better than Gingerbread. Haven't noticed any performance improvements yet. I will test camera tomorrow, but don't think something changed.</P><P>Can be imagination but it feels more responsive now, even capacitive buttons.</P><P></P><P>I'm satisfied, altough it's just plain vanilla ICS. (I mean not fully customized)</P><P></P><P></P><P><EM>Update: </EM></P><P></P><P>- Video bitrate increased to 20Mbps. Gingerbread 13Mbps</P><P>- Video stabilizer is improved.</P><P>- better calender widget imho</P><P>- battery 0.5% bc/h in idle, which is a little bit better than Gingerbread.</P><P>- more options and customizable widgets.</P><P>- preview of widgets you want to add.</P><P>- much better media gallery</P><P>- browser is fast but more awkward. Get used to after a while.</P><P>- camera is continuously focusing, which I haven't noticed with GB</P><P></P><P>issues:</P><P></P><P>- camera quick launch sometimes not working from sleep. Will try to repair or factory reset.</P><P>- sometimes a bit laggy. Not always strange enough.</P><P>- sometimes when finished call, screen stays black. could be accelerometer.</P><P>- sometimes loudspeaker is enabled when receving call.</P><P>- FM radio less reception I think.</P><P>- WiFi not so strong as before.
