I have updated to Media go 2.1 but although it says it is installing, it is hanging and I am now unable to use Media go. Any ideas folks??

It could be a PC issue, check if you are successful in installing Media Go on another PC.

If it's still causing you trouble, I'd try version 2.0. I started a thread on this and follow many other Media Go threads, there are numerous problems with version 2.1 (despite the nice podcast directory upgrade).

You can find Media Go on softwareinformer just look for past versions.
