      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears you are facing problem with sony update service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try PC companion?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, i don't think you have to empty your sd card. Just make sure you have a backup of all the data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
