Alarm does not work when charging battery

Hello,

I have noticed that my alarm does not play when the telephone is charging the battery. The telephone, if turned off, turns on, the icons appear normally (prompting if I want the alarm to stop or to snooze), but the telephone remains in complete silence, no vibrating alarm, nothing.

I noticed this happening in either profile mode: Silent or Normal. The only difference, is that in the Normal mode, there is a discrete beep (same sound as when we type the correct pin number to start the phone). I do have the alarm set to play a ring tone when in Normal mode. But, I just get this "beep".

I thought that maybe if I make a software update this problem would be solved. I just finished to update the software (first time since I bought the phone two months ago), and nothing changed.

I use the phone alarm to awake up. If I need to leave the battery charging over night, I have to use a normal alarm clock because the alarm in the phone is unreliable. I imagine it should not be like this.

I dont think that my Vivaz has this problem. You may need to update your software.

I actually the opposite problem on the X10 mini pro, it will not play the sound of the alarm, when it is NOT charging overnight. Tests during the day always work. Go figure, been late for work twice, unreliable function on the ericssons i guess.
