Support team,

I have been facing problems with my receiver, that is when I take phone calls, I am not able to hear the person who is speaking. I have checked the 'in call volume' and the in call volume is full. Is there any other setting that I could check? Or is this a hardware problem? How should I have this addressed? Please advice. Thanks!
