Rizvi, I have the same issue; I own a Xperia Neo with the following SL number : 1251-2052, the update was available as of 28/5/2012 (as per the link http://talk.sonymobile.com/message/199355#199355

) however if I run the latest PC Companion (2.10.053) it says your phone is up to date.. i tried the update center on the phone, it also has the same message....

I also tried http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/ but no avail...

I guess I need to wait for two more days..

I think there is overload in the server(just my speculation)...:smileymischief:

I'm having the same problem with my Neo. First it said it was up to date, some time later trying again and again it couldn't connect to the server, so an overloaded server could be the problem?

It is constantly saying that your phone is up to date

Even I have the same issue.

SI number of my MT15i is 1251-2053 and it's listed under ICS uvalability list.

But when I try to update my phone to ICS it says my phone has the latest update.

I have tried PC Companion, Update Service (PC) , and on air. Nothing worked yet.

My built number is 4.0.2.A.0.42 can I use the flashtool to upgrade my phone to 4.0.4, as long as they have in xda forum the official rom?

even when its my doorsteps i cant get it.pc companion says update available so i updated.then after a period of preparation it said no software available.

btw, im not rooted nor unlocked nor simlocked nor carrier locked.how do u explain that huh?

You will be able to do it through PC Companion but there is a problem updating phones to ICS via PCC/SUS right now which were working on fixing ASAP.

Works for me now, plugged it into the computer and it started right away with downloading ICS

1249-2515 update comes but i updated manuel (Global Rom). How can i update offical rom?

And i saw developer options menu,this rom is developers rom?

you are asking the wrong question, the global firmware it is official, you want an specific update, you have to check either wotanserver or the xda forum
