    <description>&lt;P&gt;No Ms Er Khan (Demigod) your advised although it is absolutely the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as my sony bridge for mac software sayys DOESN'T WORK AT ALL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'M about to freaking out by being unable to update this E10i in the last 8hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;relentless try. While i'm type this still holding that **bleep** back key and no&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the sony bridge for mac doesn't instruct me anything to do, but being so idle!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm very tierd of Exuseme but **bleep** things Why such a high technology&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;performes so idiotic way???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to update my x10 mini with PC companion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At step 2, it ask to deconnect the phone and switch it off....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I hold the back key and plug the cable on the phone, the green light turns on for 10-20s and then nothing. I kept the key for approx 1 min but nothing is happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I release it, the phone go on charging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried several times, unsuccesful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just had the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You only have to hold the "back" key for a few seconds.&amp;nbsp; That is - hold it down, plug the micro-USB into the phone, and wait 3-5 seconds before releasing it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That worked for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
