Just released Neo ICS update doesn't work

I have a Neo with the SI number 1251-2052 which means I would have get the ICS update, but both PC Companion and Update Service says I have the newest software.

Can someone help me?

just keep trying, in the past, if you removed the SIM card and try again did the trick, it might be the same now

I tried it many times, also the SIM card trick, but still nothing...

Is there someone who successfully updated his Neo?

I haven't being able to find the Neo ftf files, so perhaps is not available just yet

I have the same. SI is 1251-2052, but still no available update. Try PC Companion and SEUS.

I have the same issue. 1246-9902, and I know about lots of other people on other forums with the same issue. In fact, I don't know anyone that has been able to update.

Are the servers just busy or has something gone wrong?

Johan, I know that this topic is not about the schedule and etc. But in the first update (Ray, Neo V, Arc S) , Brazil xperia's owners did not receive the update until now. I am Xperia Neo owner, and I believe if the first updates did not arrive here, I guess mine will take even more time. Then, I would like to ask what is happening to Sony in these last days? How a big company that carry a great status before neglect a market that have at least 200 milions cell phone lines? We used to love Sony, but Sony has left us. In Brazil most of the SI Number is between 1247-XXXX and 1251-xxxx. For example mine is 1248. My friend is 1248. Then we are waiting for answers. I Contact the support center in Brazil, the attendant don't even know what means android and differences between the versions. So, please look what is happening, please don't lose customers here in Brazil.

some people use update service pro software from sony to update to 4.0.4 in taiwan.

Now I got the update, everyone who couldn't update his/her phone now try using PC Companion or Update Service!
