Hi, i recently bought sony ericsson txt, i can use internet if i'm connected trough the wifi, but i can't use other applications like opera or facebook. When i try to open some of them i get in response that i'm not connected, even if i am it. I noticed that this kind of "error" is given only by the applications which have a padlock near (facebook, opera, trackid), for the others applications (youtube, gmail) i have no problem. Can you please explain me why? Thanks

Are these applications that came with the phone? Can you still use them with the mobile internet connection? In any case, I suggest you make sure that for these applications, the Internet settings (from Options) are set to Default, or if set to Custom, make sure that the Allow local conn. setting is set to Yes. Also, make sure that the Permissions are also set to Default.

Otherwise, try running the update service on the phone and see if that helps:

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

Then I suggest you re-run the update service, as you should normally be able to use these apps over wifi.Otherwise, try re-setting the phone.
