Problem with WLAN - tethering on neo V

Modell MT11i

Android 4.03

Build 4.1.A.0.562

I recently upgraded my phone of ICS and am experiencing WiFi problem after that. After tethering with my laptop, the phone cannot establish a normal wifi connection. The wlan is found (in this case my home wlan) but in the wlan settings you can see two messages:

Connecting...

Saved. Secured with WPA2..

This messages alternates with no end. Solution is to restart the phone. After restart, I can establish a normal wifi connection with my home router.

Full procedure:

1. Start the phone (no standby)

2. Turn on wlan tethering

3. Connect with Laptop (important, without the behaviour isn't reproducable)

4. Turn off tethering

5. Turn on wlan

6. Alternating messages, no wifi connection

Before upgrading to ICS, this issue never happened with GB.

dont worry ... this is happening with all the xperia users ... even with my neo V ... just hope for the best ... hope that it gets fixed in the update scheduled next week ... il be more than grateful to sony if 4.0.4 comes out without ANY bugs ...

I have the problems most like as the authot of topic. All works properly and correct on Android 2.3.4 !!!After update my mt11i from Android 2.3.4 to 4.0.4 i have many problems with wi-fi acsess poins. Some wi-fi acsess points goes down when i connect them, other show that i try to connect but Could not connet. My notebook correct work whith this wi-fi with no problems.

The latest update on my mt11i is Android 4.0.4 (4.1.B.0.587) change nothing. What can I do? I am very disapointed in Android 4 on sony smartphones!!!
