      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;I have Xperia Sola with microSD Kingston 16Gb class 10.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;The problem is&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;that when connecting&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;to a computer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;, I see&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;only the&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;built-in memory ("Internal Storage"), but dont see SD card anywhere (&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;Windows 7 x64&lt;/SPAN&gt;)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;In Device Manager on my PC i see device "Mass storage" (VID_0FCE&amp;amp;PID_A173) with yellow triangle (it means drivers not found, i google it but find nothing), p&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;erhaps&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt; this is &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;reason?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;At the same time&lt;/SPAN&gt; i can see this card on phone via Settings - Memory and via Astro File manager (the card is showed as ext_card)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;What do you advise&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;that I&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps" style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-align: -webkit-auto; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;could see SD Card via PC?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok, i download SUS, run it and perform all steps (include firmware update).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The situation the same: in Device Manager i see unknown device "Mass Storage" with sony VID,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and still to idea where to find driver for this device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Explorer on PC i see device "XPERIA sola" with Internal Storage (i think this is MTP protocol)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think main question is where to find drivers for Mass Storage device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With this drivers device "Mass Storage" automatically recognized as &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Sony Ericsson sa0104 ADB Interface Driver"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to reboot PC and reconnect phone, but still cannot see any cards except Internal Storage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also i try to enable "USB Debug" option in phone Settings, my PC search for drivers and find all except "Mass Storage" (it once again present in Device Manager as unknown device).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i disable the USB Debug option, "Mass Storage" not visible in Device Manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
