I was one of biggest Sony Ericsson Fans.

I do not know what happened to the company. I believe that Sony Ericsson Support team should release the ICS as Q3 2012 is coming to an end and no serious release has been out there.

Also If this sound issue did nit got fixed; Sony should give Reimbursement for all the users who already bought this device.

at the same price I had a lot of options from different manufactueres. I perfered SONY as big Japanese manfactueres and regret after and as a big fan of Sony Ericsson.

If SONY did not support the users who is really FAN of Sony and supporting SONY; SONY will be in big trouble later on and we will not be the one who is losing. at least we lost 200$-300$

I need a certian reply from SONY Developer team. will this sound issue will get fixed or not?

I bought yesterday xperia u for my sister and really disappointing speaker volume with xloud even on, even stutters a little(rarely) being in media volume full. I don't understand neither its loud and stutters a little like a show off as its showing off that its in full volume loud but in real noway loud. I did its update and it got updated to same build 6.0.B.1.564 as Arkajeet mentioned but no change in sound .

Sony needs to fix this in its future updates!! Very disappointed sony being one of best in music and not delivering it. With due respect not being rude its very bad though I mean what would I then do with its dual core?! use a "phone" as a dummy to play games as it has dual core?! No way doesn't makes sense atall as its a phone first! what's the point of colour changing lights when from little far a person will think "see this phone has just nice changing lights" won't really understand its total defination as he/she won't be able to hear its music as why its changing colours "because of music changing and adapting the album art's best colour" and even one like i myself holding it outside crowded or not won't be able to really hear it. I mean please com'on Sony why even making a first impression a let down even if it improves later ??

i talked to sony customer service just now on this, the rep said i am also using the same phone i can understand your situation lol !!

anyways he said will forward the complaint even registered it with ref# 93030686 ... i asked if i can get a call back from sony for telling that yes they'll improve the speaker volume or not? via futher software updates as that's what's left a chance genuinely, though he said he cannot commint but will mention the same ..

So lets see, atleast would be able to calm that they fixed it, if they would in future updates!

Sometime back I posted this issue in the Sony Facebook blog and Johnny from Sony did reply to me last week saying that he would forward this feedback to the concerned team....so lets wait and see if it gets resolved.....

Thanks

Arka
