new xperia arc s doesn't star

Hello,

i am facing serious problem i just bought arc s yesterday it was working fine yesterday i switched it off and the battery was almost 40% today i tried to switch it on it just vibrate with blank screen even i try press the button agian it just vibrate. i plugged it to recharge the notification led light is blinking green. ANY HELP!!!!!

Hi, try removing and reinserting battery, then power on again.

Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

Suggest leaving it to charge for some time. If this does not work, proceed to Software Repair.

i followed the instructions of both softwares but i stack in the same step which is preparing the phone to update.

disconnected the usb from phone and pc

reconnected it after 5 seconds to pc and the othe side of it to the phone while pressing back button nothing happened. stack in this step. :S

i think you are not able to connect it properly
Use SUS and insert one end of usb cable into mobile, now keep mobile on a flat surface comfortably , press and hold the back key and insert the other end of usb cable into pc ( don't release back key until you are asked to)
see if you are able to make it

Is the same procedure applied to xperia go?...cuz am facing the green light blinking problem and my phone doesn,t start up......
