Please help me.

I purcheased my phone 6 months ago. It is intact. I am facing a very big problem.

The device is driving me crazy.

It keeps vibrating 24/7. As long as the screen is active the phone is vibrating!!!

It only stops when the screen goes off, but then again, when I try to activate it, IT WONT LET ME MOVE THE CURSOR, because it is vibrating.

If I take out the battery (I cant switch it off otherwise) It wont let me dial my pin code because it is VIBRATING.

I cant reply my calls because the phone is VIBRATING!!!!

I tried to update its software through PC Companion, but is keeps failing in stage 2...

I really dont know what to do...

This phone really sucks... and I liked it a lot when I got it...

It didn't work...

It restarted and it is still vibrating...
