Yellow tint always

Hi, i got my xperia s 3 days ago and the yellow tint is very strong and its always there even if i just switched phone on. Seller says that its will be fixed in 20 days, but i just want a new phone. What i must to do ?

today i went to sony service centre
(roorkee,,uttarakhand) with my xperia s.

i showed it to the man sitting there,. when i told him the problem about yellow tint in display he told me that it will not be replaced but will be repaired... well i dont want to get it repaired , i want it be replaced......what should i do???kindly make sure that your service centres are well informed and do guide me how can i get it replaced as soon as possible..

Usually the repair centers will not replace the phone if it's possible to repair it. Only if they cannot repair the phone they will offer you another one. With this specific issue what they usually do is replace the affected part.

but thats not the only problem... im having faulty earphones and what i hate the most is that the phone frequently hangs.. so i have to hold power button and volume up button.... i have do it more than thice a day.. i dint expect this from sony... now what will you do??? change/repairr the processor as well??

Just wanted to inform that Even replacing phone has yello shade in the bottom of the screen may be the ICS should fix this. As the display just changes on over heat may be some services are not running as expected causing this issue.

Lets hope ICS will resolve this .
