battery & update problem

hi i have problem with my xperia neo and that is :

my battry is stuck at 85% it always show 85% and when my battery is full or empty it shows 85% and when its become empty my phone turn off without warning and when i put it in charge it begin with 85%

i must tell u that i reset it to factory mode but still have the problem

i also cant update it i dont know why it said update faild with pc or with phone by himself

help me plz

Have you tried using the Update Service instead of PC Companion to update the phone?

yep i try thats not working too

and i must tell u that i cant hard reset it too

i mean i hold 2 button on left and right and tap on power key when the phone is off but nothing happend

just a flash of blue light on power led

do u have any other suggestion

P.S : i gave my phone too someone and he install persian languege for me and after i reset my phone to factory setting it still remain that was why i try to hard reset it i think thats problem and i cant remove it
