How do I add an e-mail account if I can not type my username and password?

I have entered alll the above details provided by my IT team even then i receive "UNABLE TO CONNECT SERVER". i have tried key in all the above details in NOkia it gets configured..so the details provided is correct..

Can any one pl help as its an urgent issue...

I have no idea, hope other user can offer their advice. If it is related to your Network Operator, you could check with them.

Hey Keyan ,

Are you able to fix the problem. Even I am not able to connect to my office email. I was using the same number on a diferent phone and it was working so can not be ISP issue.
