False colours by 2D sweep panorama

If I make a 2D sweep panorama, in "right" or "left" sweepmode, holding the phone in landscape mode, is the resulting photo okay:

If I take the same photo, now in "up" or "down" sweepmode, holding the phone in portrait mode, is the resulting photo with false colours:

This is my version data for my phone:

Do others have the same problem?

Can I do any thing to solve this problem?

Or do I have to wait for the next update?

you should be able to get 4.0.4 soon, check the SI thread. how about repairing the phone or

settings -> applications -> manage applications -> all -> camera -> clear everything

I have now found and updated to 4.0.4 and it seems to have solved "my" panoramic problem.
