Hi, i've been trying for hours to get help for my hard-locked x10 (entered incorrect Unlock Codes from AT&T), any help will be greatly appreciated.

On all of our devices, once you enter the unlock code (also called NCK) too many times incorrectly, there is no option to unlock the device that we can offer. It will remain locked to the original operator AT&T.

Hi, sorry for the late reply (my DSL was not working due to a cable problem). What about reinstalling the x10 program? Will it solve the hard-locked x10?

yes you can do that but it will delete everything on your phone, pictures, videos will not be affected

If you don't want to have AT&T icons and apps this is how to debrand and update to Android 2.3.3

i have tried Update Service but my x10 is still hard-locked. I'm thinking of having its software reinstalled. any further advice?

Hard-locked? can you elaborate on this? you probably need the code from AT&T, just go to any att store
