Hi!

I'm a UK Xperia mini user who recently had the annoying problem with the overheat/vibrate problem making my phone totally useless after about 10-20 minutes of continuous use, so frustrating and just made me want to bin the phone and go with some other manufacturer BUT!

I contacted the Sony support team explaining exactly what was happening with my phone and asked if they could take it in to their engineers to test/repair it. I must admit that after reading some of the discussions on here i did think i might be wasting my time as people were saying they did just that only to get the phone back with the problem still unresolved.

Well i've got to stop you people there and just say that it's now been over a week and my Xperia Mini is back to it's former glory working brilliantly and i'm back to being impressed with the little pocket rocket:smileylaugh:.

All i did was to contact Sony Support team telling them exactly and clearly what the phone was doing, after a few emails between us it was arranged that the phone was to be taken in.

So i would just like to give a big thank you to the Sony Support team and their engineers who've done a great job getting the phone repaired and back in my hands without a problem and i'd like to mention without a mark on it.

                                                                 Cheers Sony!
