Around 10 minutes after I topped up, I forgot that I wanted to be on the Text and Web tariff and switched to it. I haven't recieved a conformtion text from O2 yet saying my tariff is active, and when I call 4444 and select the option 'Check Calltime or remaining tariff/Bolt-On balances' it only gives me my current calltime balance and nothing to do with a tariff.
