Mobile restarting automatically

i am using xperia x10 mini,my mobile is gettting restart automatically and some time it get hang(no display and no audio,but if called to that number means the call is going but no audio and no display in my mobile)..

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

Hello Nabeel,

I am also facing d same problem, and m trying ur suggestion, but the problem that am facing now is that, while i am giving repair instruction, my experia X10 mini pro automatically restarts due to which repairing gets disconnected.

help me out with this problem.

i successfully did the repair work, yet facing the same problem, i.e it automatically restarts, but lesser number of times than before. any solution for this?

Hi Sushmita20, see if Factory Reset helps .... Settings>Privacy>Factory data reset.

This will erase phone data completely.

factory reset it's not the same as repairing your phone with either SUS or PCC

then it's hardware related, since you already did everything to fix it. btw does the same happen w/o both SIM and SD card?
