Hi i have a xperia arc s lt18i i loved my phone , but did the recent up date in pc companion and i hate it , it has changed everything. can some one please tell me how to get it back to what is was before??????

asap please HELP

Hi, I think you have updated your phone to Android 4.0. Goto Settings>About phone, what is stated in Android version? If it is Android 4.0.3, you are not able to download yourself. Contact your local Service Centre, they should be able to do it for you.

yes it says 4.0.3 and its terrible. can i fix it?

As mentioned above, you need to send phone to your local Service Centre to downgrade the software. Unfortunately, you can't do it yourself.
