Hi there,

My xperia neo with 2.3.4 android didn't show the ICS upgrade as available. I tried downgrading to stock 2.3.2 and PC companion allowed me to upgrade to ICS, but during the downgrade I had the 0% battery bug, which after a google search found to be quite common. The upgrade to ICS didn't help either. I then flashed a stock 2.3.4 rom, but that still didn't solve the problem.

Until now I've only flashed stock roms, so as far as I understand I didn't void the warranty. The only workarounds I've found for this bug require an unlocked bootloader. I would be prepared to unlock it if I could, but I think as soon as I disconnect the phone from PC it powers completly off because it thinks battery is empty and I can't connect it in unlock bootloader mode (press menu+plug USB cable doesn't give blue LED). Any suggestions to what I should do?
