Updates, Feedback, etc...what's going on?

Hello everyone!

I'm really not interested in a huge discussion about how evil, bad or whatever SonyEricsson for you all is again.

I like SE and this is not what my questions shall direct to

Also everyone has already heard how disappointed many of you are but i'm not wondering why noone answers to this flaming...we're all just humans you know

I was afraid too if there was "the horde" waiting in the forum for me, you too?

But I'd like to know the answers to my questions from someone who works for SE because you are the only who can know the answers.

I already asked via mail but was redirected to another page because the receiver wasn't responsible...

So this is my first question :

I write a mail and the answer is "go, ask somewhere else"

So why is your support this complicated for us as users?

Why there is no possibility of just forwarding my mail to the person who can answer my question?

It's really confusing you know

For me it seems as if SE just don't want to make support (no matter what topic) easy.

I see your web developers are doing a lot for improving the interaction for us as users,

asking in surveys for feedback, often change contents/layouts etc. I think this is a great idea but

it leads to my next question :

Why do we see so much changes on the Web pages but no in the other areas of your company?

I don't believe that there are 20 people working on your pages and only 5 for Android updates

I read the whole topic about the update issue and yes all the people are right...

Of course the people are disappointed in how they are treated...

There's an online petition for an update to 2.2 and the only reason for that is :

No Feedback from your side of the table

Of course not everyone of SE knows answers to these problems but why is noone there to phone the person who knows?

Why there had to be a petition? Just a "no we are not interested in any feedback, we'll do as we already said"

or a "yes thanks, we'll discuss this and give you answers in some days" would have been enough

Thanks a lot for reading and sorry for this big text, also sorry for my bad english, it's not my primary language...

But before anyone answers to this, please be so kind and think about how you want to be treated and then tread your environment this way.

There is no reason to be impolite, quite the opposite, the more you flame the less useful answers we'll get
