3 times.

Now I have connected my Sony and there is the possibility to install PcC again (25.9 Mb), but when I try it failure at the end with the message "Impossible to find the file C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\VCB\Setup.exe"

I can't believe it...

P.S.

Do you think I can substitute PcC with SEUS?

You could also try running it in safe mode and see if that works.

As for substituting with SEUS, if it's a software update/repair you were interested in performing, then certainly SEUS is probably the best option anyway. However, if your intention is to back up your files, you can always use My Phone Exlorer:

http://www.fjsoft.at/en/downloads.php

Another troubleshooting option is to open a new user account on your PC and try downloading/re-installing PC companion through this.

Even in safe mode is it nothing to do.

You know, my intention is to have a program able to upgrade and eventually repair the phone software. The backup comes on second round.
