k850i is not getting started..

Dear All,
Last week i was using my k850i with computer , suddenly it went off, from that moment till now it is dead only.
When i try to start it, it shows some light on keypad and blue light on camera... that's it, again it goes off and repeat the same thing untill i take battery out.

Even my phone is not detected by PC(I suppose), I have tried updating service, it was saying it's already up to date, even though i reinstalled again, but still no luck. Same thing is happening if i try to charge my phone(light on keypad and camera..)

i tried contacting service center but unfortunatly it is very far from me.

Please save me , i await your reply as now it is becoming next to impossible living without my lovely phone.

Try a repair with Sony Ericsson PC Companion.

Its not at all detected by system... shall i do something with flash memory(EROM) of it...

It must be detected if you tried updating using Sony Ericsson Update Service. Your problem is you have BROD.

I am able to update software using SESU, but really it is not detected by system.. by the way,What is BROD??? Blue screen of death ???

Blue Ring of Death where there is a blue light around the camera.

ok,..BROD... now how to fix this prob man...please tell me...anyway i have already started downloading SE Companion ... anything else ???

Ok, i installed this software but still no luck as it is trying to detect but phone is getting restared in between so unable to finish this....

Any other work around guys....i have gone through google regarding socalled BROD, and it seems that i have to throw my phone...please guys don't make me disappointed.. help me....

Guys, i have even tried by flashing memory and again reinstalling software but still no luck.... please let me know in just one line... will i have to throw this phone or still der are chances ????

I had this happen to mine. It was still under warranty SE reflashed it. I got it back in 2 or 3 days. It first happened when I was using the GPS handsfree unit that was draining the battery so fast. Davinci team may have a product to reflash.

But my phone is not under warranty, i have already used A2uploader tool to reflash it, but still BROD. What is the impact of using this tool will SE help me or not ???
