Hello,

I have this terminal for less than a week, and so far everything works fine except the following;

Show that 3g connection lost easily and places that I've always had whith my previous 3G terminal (nokia) this does not have or hard to catch. How is this possible??? No events on the network (Movistar Spain) and the terminal is properly configured. A simple Nokia 3310 put beside to Xperis S, the nokia has 3G conection and not the sony.

Are there more cases of this problem?? IF THE PROBLEM PERSIST, I RETURN THE TERMINAL AND CHANGE TO NOKIA.

Regards...

Try using another SIM card just to be sure? How old is the current SIM you're using? Maybe it's time to get a new one?

You can also try to repair the phone software via PC Companion if something might be wrong with it.

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
