      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please try to connect your headset to a different phone and see if the volume stays at the same low level?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be a compatibility issue rather than a defect in the headset/phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>Volume slider ,track changer,play/pause , call buttons nothing is working. As soon as device is powered on, it is going into pairing mode. Normal mode is not coming</description>
