      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It takes about 8 seconds for Dailer to open when Display was switched off prior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My workaround:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed &lt;STRONG&gt;exDailer&lt;/STRONG&gt; -&amp;gt; same functionality &amp;amp; it responses immediately!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well how can a external Dailer Application react and work faster then the internal stock application?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ingo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

This may be quite missleading for the support if they read, that someone is not experiencing this bug, since it is posted in the Android 4.0/ICS forum.
