Xperia arc S LT18i problems

ARC S LT18i

Problem :Can`t charge the battery with cable.(ONLY WITH UNIVERSAL BATTERY CHARGER)

SIMTOMS

- i found out that the led near the plug for charger isn`t on like used to be

-On screen ,on battery the lightning appears but the level of battery isn`t growing

-if its turns off i need to remove and put back the battery for a couple of times

-IF i charge my battery for example to lvl 60% , it will show this level until it will shut down .

What i tryed:

-Another battery from LT15i

-Another Cable from LT15i

-FULL RESTORE

-SOFTWARE REPAIR
