      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I Hv Buyed My Phone In August N In starting It Was Good To Hear Music Bcoz Sound Quality Was Very Good at that time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now Its Very Ordinary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hv Compared My Phone Sound To Other Mini Pro &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Phones Sound Is very Bad compare to His.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some Time Its worked&amp;nbsp; Fairly... After Receiving Call...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But its Goes Off Also If I call Some one or Plugged My Earphones..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pls Help Me If Solution Is available..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hv upadated my Today Thn Also The Problem Is same..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i hv done factory rest also..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will i go to service center for the solution or can i do it own...?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I believe you do take care of your phone, therefore will never blast at full volume (can definitely damage the speaker).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you have just updated your phone and still having this problem, I think a Software Repair is quite meaningless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that SE Service Centre can assist you regarding your problem. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
