Zylo: Slider Strip problem

Well if developers at Sonyericsson are still unaware of the Zylo's slider strip problem I just want advise them about the issue. I'm, even after all the issues i have with my phone, a fan of Sonyericsson phones. So on my advice a friend of mine and my aunt bought the same sony ericsson phone i.e Zylo. We all three had the same problem with our phones even though we have different type of phone usage and apparently if you go through the reviews of Zlyo on many popular websites as gsmarena.com you will come to know that it's not just the three of us to get this problem.

The first sign of problem was pixelating of home screen while using the slider, followed by irregular and unfamiliar reactions while using the slider. After that the situation got worse and the phone become unusable within five days.

I bought the phone only 7 months earlier form a certified Sonyericsson showroom in my area. I just want to know what are people at sonyericsson going to do about all the people who have sonyericsson Zylo!

Being a Sony Ericsson phones fan ,even after so many issues with there models I continue to use them.

I bought Zylo a year ago and its the second time i am facing the Slider strip issue. Isn't there some kind of permanent fix to it? Or are we expected to get the slider strip replaced in every few months to keep it working?

I also recommended this phone to a few of my friends and all of us seem to face some issue or the other with the phone. Be it with the slider or the cancel and menu keys not functioning.. Something or the other.

The question from my side is the same, Are people at Sony Ericsson going to do something for the grieving Zylo people??
