you shouldn't root if you don't know what it is, you could harm your phone beyond repair

no, only if you know what you're doing, so I would not advise to root your phone, I would suggest that you read more about rooting before you do so, who told you about rooting? is there an specific reason that you want to root?

i want to root my neo v, just want to know how to do it, i updated my neo v to ics android version 4.0.3

build no. 4.1.A.0.562.

want a easy, convinient nd risk free method.
