Neo V Haptic feedback not working

Hi guys, my haptic feedback was working quite well untill today when all of sudden I could not feel the vibration when i the tapped the soft keys. I made sure that in the settings--->sound--->Haptic feedback was checked. when i unlock the screen, I can feel the vibration when i swipe across the screen, but once i unlock and enter in, I cannot feel any vibration when I press any option and nothing as well when I type a new message which was not the case before. why is this happening ? I restarted the phone which did not help as well. Please help guys. Thanks in advance.

1. Open PC Companion

2. Start 'Support Zone'

3. Select Software Updates

4. Click on Repair

this may delete some data , so its better to backup all your files first..

how to backup..!!

download any one of the file on your computer . ( if you download this directly on your phone , it will be easy , if not then download on your computer )
