my xperia wont turn on, it keeps doing the start up screen where it says sony ericsson then it does the screen with sony ericsson and the logo then it turns of reboots and repeats the same process over and over again continuously

take the SD and SIM cards out, w/o the battery press and hold the power button for few seconds

put the battery back on (not the sd nor the sim card) and turn it on

if this doesn't fix the problem use

Update Service to repair your phone

i tried both ways and they still didnt work. i downloaded update service but i cant get my xperia to connect to my laptop. i cant turn off my phone so i take out the battery and wat for the 30+ seconds, then i hold the back button and put the usb cable into the phone it then shows a green light then goes to the charging screen where its off and the battery is there charging.

my pc companion wont connect with my phone. my phone cant manage to connect to anything as it keeps on doing the screen continuously
